The Tour De Dental (EuroDental) (ISO 9001:2009) dental clinic undertakes 10 years guarantee for its private patients, which suits to the modern treatment principles that accepted in the dentistry:
- For aesthetic fillings (except the restoration of the cervical attritions and the restoration of the cutting border of the frontal teeth)
- For complex ceramic and gold inlays, onlays, and overlays
- For cemented fix restoration and complex ceramic (Zircon ceramic) restoration in the case of modern shoulder crown preparation
- For Camlog, Nobel Biocare, Ankylos type of implantations' manufacturer’s warranty
What does it means, what covered by the warranty?
If during the above mentioned modes of treatments the provisional denture in the patient’s mouth, or the treated tooth (the incidental occurring, necessary root canal treatment is not included) damaged because of the restoration; with proper use it is break away, comes loose, cracks, discolors (except the discolor of the smoking, the coffee, the tea etc.): in these cases we restore, repair or we impart our patients in the same quality care as the previous one, for free.
The warranty is valid, if the patient agrees:
- to care his/her teeth properly
- appears in check every 12 months (by more severe periodontal disease 6 months)
- Plus/minus one month apart, accept and carry out the suggested condition maintenance treatments and undertakes it’s financial costs (e.g. plaque removal, gum treatment, curettage, finishing and polishing of the edge closure of fillings which we made previously etc.)
The warranty is not valid:
- For root canal fillings or consequently resulting tooth diseases, their consequences and damages, which wasn’t made in our surgery
- For dental prostheses or fillings problems which was made in our surgery, but other dentist who works in other surgery tried to mend them
- For meanwhile formed, before the treatment unknown allergies, general diseases and its consequences. This includes the pyorrhea, periodontal disease, abscesses, cyst, cannot be retained tooth as a result of tissular rarefaction of root apex and thereby the loss of the restoration made by us, for these there are no guarantee
- For extreme requisition (nocturnal teeth grinding, tooth suppression, a high degree of abrasion)
- For filling, which we proposed inlay, onlay or crown as a long term solution
- Tooth extraction as a result of inflammations (gingival, periodontium, root ), which affects the final filling, and restoration
- For abnormal use, for accidental provisional denture damage
The supplement of the original treatment can be considered, so it is payable:
- The elimination of the meanwhile formed pulpal inflammation, which should not affect the original provisional denture except the cavity access! If it affects, this extra costs will pay the surgery.
- In the case of (in the surgery made) root canal filling teeth the elimination of the formed chronic or acute inflammation, which should not affect the status of the original provisional denture! If it affects, this extra costs will pay the surgery.
- Root canal treatment and root canal filling of the nerve cap, rebasing teeth (if it’s happened, we inform the patient). The restoration of the original status of the filling, the dental prosthesis is free.
Unique evaluated cases:
- There is half year warranty for the fastening elements, inlays and telescope crowns of the precision anchorage, combined prostheses!
- There is 3 years warranty for new and innovative solutions (e.g. adherence fixed partial denture, composite/ceramic inlays, onlays, ceramic veneer)!
- There is 2 years warranty for the removable prostheses with yearly rebasing
- There is 3 years warranty for restoration of the cervical abrasions and for the replacement of the frontal teeth’s cutting border
- Serious periodontal disease and its consequences
- In the case of gingival and bone atrophy
- Heavy smoking
If you don’t appear on the yearly controls during the warranty period, the surgery’s warranty commitment will be change as the followings: in the first year after the end of the given treatment we assume responsibility for 100% of the treatment price, which decreases in every further half year with 33-33%. (So the end of the second year we bear 0 % of the repair work of the newly made provisional denture of the original treatment’s value)
