About the use of the dental floss
This tool can use for cleaning the intertooth space (interdentium). It is enough to use once a day before using tooth-brushing. You can buy it in pharmacies and chemist's shops; there are around 25 or 50 meter long floss in one box.
Usage: The appropriate piece of floss is approximately 40 cm long, you can use it comfortably (after opening the box the suitably long floss can be torn off with a metal lug).
Wind the floss around your forefingers except for 5 cm.
Then put it into the intertooth space (interdentium) entirely under the gum papilla between teeth.
If you made it successfully, press the floss against the tooth and pull it upward out from the intertooth space. This technique has to be applied in every intertooth but take care of the papilla and do not to hurt it.
