1. How to order
Orders can be accepted only in written form, which method is:
- via email: info@tourdental.eu The confirmation is only after the registration! In all cases the registered user is responsible for the reservation, independently from the passenger.
- online: in the right side menu, under Contact us!
- in our office: Hungary 7635 Pécs, Megyeri Str. 123/1.
The online and email reservations’ process is within 1 day on working days, on free and public holidays it is within 2 days.
The orders will be confirmed and executed according to first come first served. In the case of submitted orders within 72 hours to the relative planned date of travel in all cases telephone consultation is necessary. The orders within 72 hours can be accepted according to the other number of reservations.
Orders can be accepted in the case of free capacity, so we reserve the right to refuse the orders.
The written orders and the confirmation are considered as contract between the customer (ordering person) and the service provider.
2. Payment methods
- personally in our customer office, in cash
- by the driver at the beginning of the travel, in cash
- via bank transfer
Please always indicate in advance your VAT invoice need with the client name and address. You will get the invoice before departure from the driver.
The registration fee must be paid until 48 hours before the travel. If the bill doesn’t pay until 48 hours before the travel, our company can unilaterally cancel the order from the system.
3. Appointment, pick-up date
The provider is entitled to bring forward the pick-up time with maximum 2 hours before the day of the departure until 22:00, informing the client via phone, SMS, e-mail. The disregard of message or call, the resulting inconveniences is the client’s expense.
4. Reservation modification and cancellation
The reservation can be modified or cancelled for free until the 3rd day of the travel. For the modification within 72 hours the fee is 2000 HUF/person, for the cancellation within 72 hours the fee is 5000 HUF/ person. For the cancellation within 24 hours the fee is the total amount of fare. If you don’t pay the debt within 30 days, then our accounts receivable will increase to 40000 HUF, which will be legally enforced.
The same apply to those cancellations resulting from the modifications which we can’t accept due to lack of capacity.
In case of return journey if the time of inward journey changes during the time spent abroad there is possibility to modify reservation even 1 day before the return journey if it does not coincide with other bookings. (Please be aware that actual possibilities always depend on already fixed reservations.) In such cases it is possible that inward journey will only be realizable in another time than the actual passenger request. In this case if the new proposal is not acceptable for the passenger, inward transportation cost will be reimbursed.
5. Baggage
Please always inform us about the number of packages. More than the normal quantity (1 suitcase + 1 handbag) we will charge an extra fee, 500 HUF/package. If you don’t indicate the plus package, the service provider may refuse the transportation of them.
It is possible to transport special luggage (pet, baby buggy, skis, bikes etc.) up to 25 kg, if you anticipate your need. Its fee is 1500 HUF/piece. The pet transportation is only available in the case of our private transfer service, in the case of free capacity. You can get information about the private fares by our customer service.
We do not take responsibility for the left items in the car!
6. Other regulations
In case of Pécs departures 5-10 minutes delays can occur concerning the originally scheduled confirmations.
In case of the Budapest airport arrivals 1,5 hour delay is acceptable due to the fact that passengers of the same scheduled shuttle car can arrive with different flights.
In case of airport arrivals our driver always waits for the passengers in the arrivals terminal with a board with the passengers' name on it. Since 3 different terminals are working at Liszt Ferenc Airport (2/A, 2/B) it can happen that our driver is not promptly in the passenger's terminal, then the passenger is kindly asked to please wait for the driver inside the arrival terminal.
Responsibility cannot be granted for those events (accidents, demonstrations, structural erections etc.) that are unforeseen and that can cause delay during our service, however, safety routes are provided to avoid much delay.
We usually calculate 3,5 hours with Pécs offsets, so departure time is always appointed accordingly. Pécs - Budapest Ferihegy and Budapest Ferihegy - Pécs routes are always flexible and adjusted according to scheduled reservations. Please, be aware that shuttle service is based on the collection of passengers from Baranya, Tolna and Somogy counties.
We also take responsibility for all those occurring losses for the amount of the already paid fares that are proved to be caused by the company's mistake. Responsibility cannot be granted in those cases in which passenger requests his/her Liszt Ferenc Airport arrival for a time that is within 1,5 hours before his/her flight departure.
7. Travel acceptance of terms
The customer accepts the order conditions of travel when ordering the journey and signs the invoice. In the case of orders of several people, you declare on behalf of the other passenger.
Requisition of our services is only possible after accepting all the above mentioned terms and conditions.
