In the case of mechanical root canal dilation (which is necessary in some cases in order to achieve the adequate root filling, and the tooth can stay inflammation free for a long time) 42 € one-time extra charge must be paid which is usually necessary for molar teeth. The extra charge is the material cost of the single use sterile German NiTi VDW Gold Reciproc® needle which you can get after the treatment.
